In the humble surroundings of Highfield Regenerative Farms’ Greenhouse, we will enjoy a tour of the farm, cocktails, amuse, and a beautiful sit-down dinner prepared by Award Winning Chef Jason Barton-Browne with wine pairings curated by Richard Harvey himself (MetroVino), honey straight from the city of Calgary apiaries of ABC Bees, and Issac Bignell’s cheese selections of Say Cheese Fromagerie.

It has been since 2019 that we have hosted a honey themed dinner. From our Mead and Honey Tasting Galas, to our Anniversary dinner with Alberta Food Tours and Rouge Restaurant. It is high time we put on our dancing shoes and enjoy some of the finer things in life! this year, we are so excited to have the perfectly beautiful location, wonderful friends, and deliciously prepared farm produce, and of course, juicy pairings!
