PAYMENT FOR ONLINE ORDERS
All online sales must be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Apiaries and Bees for Communities Inc. accepts payment from the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.
Once an order is submitted, Apiaries and Bees for Communities Inc. cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ABC Bees offers limited international shipping. Please note that international orders may take up to a month to arrive and may be subject to additional restrictions or duties, which vary by country and the contents of your order. If you are placing an order from outside Canada, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s restrictions, duties and any special requirements in order to receive imported goods. If your country restricts packages based on the value of the contents, you must ensure that each order you place is within this limit. If you wish to order honey or products that exceed that value, you should place separate orders, each within the limit. Apiaries and Bees for Communities Inc. has no control over additional fees and is not responsible for confiscated items, delayed orders, or any additional duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country’s customs office or other government agencies.
Packages returned to ABC Bees due to a failure or refusal to pay the duties or taxes are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

TOOLS & SUPPLIES
Due to their custom nature, our tools and supplies are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please notify contact@abcbees.ca and we will replace them.
APPAREL
Clothing items that have never been washed or worn may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
HONEY
All ABC Bees honey is treatment-free and raw, extracted with minimal processing. It is unpasteurized and gravity filtered to ensure all the natural flavors and nutrients remain intact. Because of this, honey will crystallize over time, and the texture from one jar to another will be different. The source of the nectar the bees have gathered is the cause of this. The greater the glucose content inherent in the plant, the faster the crystallization and its texture will vary.
ABC Bees can ensure, and promises, that no chemicals, natural or synthetic, are used in our apiary management, and have never been used in our apiary management since inception in 2009.
